A management organization at the resort takes care of the park and bungalows' management and operations. The management, along with the homeowners' association, handles daily matters such as minor maintenance, garden and pool maintenance, and upkeep of other communal areas and utilities. As an owner, you won't have to worry about the maintenance of your property. Owners are also relieved in the rental of their properties. The rental of your property is managed by the organization, allowing you to enjoy both the use of your property and a good return on your investment. When fully rented, the costs for minor maintenance and replenishments of the small inventory are fully covered by the management organization.

Initially, the bungalows are available for personal use for up to eight weeks per year. During personal use, you can enjoy made beds and a clean house upon arrival. The management organization ensures everything is perfectly arranged so you can enjoy a carefree stay. After two years, if desired, you have the option to fully utilize your bungalow yourself and opt-out of the rental program.
