Our Investment Strategy
We exclusively invest in:
New-build properties, or
Existing properties no older than four years
All properties must be suitable for long-term rental, low in maintenance, and supported by a strong exit strategy. Per portfolio, €500,000 worth of real estate is acquired. Monthly rental income is used to pay returns to bondholders.
Transparency is key. Investors receive access to a modern online system where they can monitor the performance of the portfolio they participate in. Important documents such as appraisal reports are shared annually, along with forward-looking projections.
