If you sign a purchase or sales agreement on Curacao, both parties are bound by it. Unless a private buyer changes his mind within 3 days after receiving the signed purchase agreement, or invokes a resolutive condition included in the agreement.
You can agree with the buyer when the transfer of ownership takes place and he or she moves into the new home

Date of delivery

This varies from a few weeks to longer than a year. The delivery date is described in the purchase agreement.
