Julianadorp a beautiful centrally located neighborhood on Curaçao

The Location of Julianadorp

The Julianadorp neighborhood is located between the airport and Piscadera Bay and can be reached via the main road that connects Willemstad and the western part of the island. In the south the area borders on Blauw Bay where the sport and recreational possibilities are endless, from running and cycling to horse riding and yoga. The neighborhoods are Santa Maria, Blue Bay and Groen Piscadera. From Julianadorp it is a 10-minute drive to the city center and the airport and the beaches of banda abou are also easily accessible.

Services

Given the location of the neighborhood, all facilities are nearby. In the immediate vicinity you will find Centrum Supermarket Piscadera where all daily groceries are available. In addition, there are plenty of minimarkets, snacks and bars in the nearby area. There are also medical centers and pharmacies in the immediate area and don’t forget the Sambil shopping mall with a cinema and various restaurants and clothing stores.

Julianadorp, like many other neighborhoods such as Emmastad, Schelpwijk and Amerikanenkamp, ​​was built by and for the former shell employees, with Julianadorp being built primarily for management and employees with high positions within the company.
